Do customers need an account to book?
No. Customers open your public booking page, choose an available time and enter their details. They do not need to sign in to EarnRelay.
Does Basic include cancellation filling?
You can explore cancellation filling during the trial. To keep using it afterwards, choose Plus — Cancellation filling or Growth. It uses your EarnRelay bookings, verified waitlist customers and connected booking texts.
Can I set the salon’s available appointment times?
Yes. Set the booking hours and appointment duration in EarnRelay. Customers use those available times when they open your booking link.
